Our simple, but effective five-step recruitment process.

1.  One-to-one support

We’ll match you with the right dedicated recruitment consultant to suit your needs, and they’ll build you a personalised recruitment plan that’s in line with your ambitions, and objectives.

2.  Casting a wide net

We’ll reach out to our international network of high-quality multilingual candidates to find you multiple suitable choices. We’ll also promote your role on our high-traffic website, on relevant job boards, and to the right audiences, through targeted social networking. 

3.  Matching

Your time is valuable, so before we show you any CVs, we’ll interview all potential applicants to make sure they’re a good fit for your company, and its culture. We’ll only present you with candidates that meet your needs,  and match well with the culture of your organisation. 

4.  Hiring

Once we’ve helped you select a shortlist of suitable candidates, we’ll coordinate the whole interview process, check out references on your behalf if needed, and – when you’re ready to secure the best possible candidate – help you negotiate an offer that’s right for everyone.

We’ll also help you strengthen your employer branding, convincing the best candidates that you’re the number one choice. 

5.  It’s not goodbye…

After your new employee gets started at your company, we won’t disappear into the sunset. Following up on you and your new recruit is all part of the service, so we’ll stay in regular contact, to check candidate and client are doing well…

We offer a choice of four international recruitment services, with support tailored to suit your unique needs, whether you require one, or a combination of all available services. Relax, we’ve been doing this for 25 years.

Our services

Temporary hires

If you need staff for short periods, perhaps for extra support during peak periods or temporary projects, we’ll help you hire candidates who are on your side, but not on your permanent payroll. A flexible option for growing and evolving companies.

Direct hires

We search for long-term, direct hires, who will fit the culture of your company, excel in their roles, and become valued long-term team members. Our targeted approach means we’ll only interview candidates we know have the skills and experience you need, so you can hire quickly, and decisively.

Project or volume hiring

Need to fill a large number of similar roles at the same time, or within a short timespan? Volume hiring can be challenging, so we’ll act as your recruitment department for the duration of a project, helping you explore the market for quality candidates, and ensuring standards remain high to fill positions quickly with the right people.

Executive search

We help international companies find the perfect employees for their leadership team, paying the right level of care and attention to filling these hugely important roles with candidates you can trust. We can also help you appoint your first senior employee, if you’re entering the Dutch market for the first time.

Our pricing

Our pricing structure is based on a ‘no cure no pay’ basis, outside of our Executive Search option – so if we don’t solve your problem, you won’t owe us anything.

Temporary hires

We charge a factor of 2.6. And if you’re not happy with your new hire, we’ll find a substitute, at no additional cost.

Direct hires

We charge between 22-27% of yearly salary of a direct hire, with a sliding scale based on the seniority of the position we’re hiring for. We also offer the security of an 8 week warranty period.

Volume recruitment

We charge a flat or percentage fee. This is great for companies that aren’t sure about the salary of their employees, and is also really helpful when hiring at scale.

Executive searches and retainers

Payment is made in installments. Part of your payment will remain non-refundable, as you’ll be entering into an exclusive agreement that involves additional time, care, and attention from our team – well worth the investment.
