We offer a choice of four international recruitment services, with support tailored to suit your unique needs, whether you require one, or a combination of all available services. Relax, we’ve been doing this for 25 years.
Our services
Our pricing
Our pricing structure is based on a ‘no cure no pay’ basis, outside of our Executive Search option – so if we don’t solve your problem, you won’t owe us anything.
Temporary hires
We charge a factor of 2.7. And if you’re not happy with your new hire, we’ll find a substitute, at no additional cost.
Direct hires
We charge between 22-27% of yearly salary of a direct hire, with a sliding scale based on the seniority of the position we’re hiring for. We also offer the security of an 8 week warranty period.
Volume recruitment
We charge a flat or percentage fee. This is great for companies that aren’t sure about the salary of their employees, and is also really helpful when hiring at scale.
Executive searches and retainers
Payment is made in installments. Part of your payment will remain non-refundable, as you’ll be entering into an exclusive agreement that involves additional time, care, and attention from our team – well worth the investment.
