The minimum wage in the Netherlands as of January 2024 is €13.27 gross per hour for persons 21 and older. The required minimum salary is lower for younger workers.
The average monthly salary is €3 086 gross per month, and the yearly average salary for 2024 is predicted to reach €42 236, although, this differs per industry, years of experience, specific skills, etc.
