In 2023 the minimum hourly wage rates for employees aged between 22 and 65 are:
• 36 hours: €12.40
• 38 hours: €11.75
• 40 hours: €11.16
The required minimum salary is lower for younger workers.
The average salary is €40 000 gross yearly or €3 333 gross per month, although, this differs per industry, years of experience, specific skills, etc.
