Our process for job seekers

1.  Check out our vacancies

Take your time to check out the vacancies on our job portal. Scroll through all of our vacancies, or, if you have a specific idea in mind, you can easily search for jobs by location, job title, or any relevant keyword.

2.  Click to apply

Once you have found a position that you think could be the right job for you, click on the apply button and submit your application. Your details and resume will go directly to the recruiter responsible for the role you have chosen.

3.  The right match?

Our recruiters will review your application, read your experience and see if there is a match with the skills that our client is looking for. If the recruiter thinks there could be a match, they will contact you to arrange an interview. Keep in mind, we do not charge you for any help that we provide, this is a free service to job seekers 😊

4.  Meet your Adams recruiter

The interview can be online or in-person, whichever suits you best. During the interview, our recruiter will take the time to find out about your skills and experience, your ambitions, and what makes you happy in the workplace. You can take this time to ask any questions that you may have. We are happy to help you with any information you need.

5.  Introduction to the company

If you and the recruiter think there is a match between you and the company, your recruiter will introduce your CV, details and a synopsis of your interview to the company. The company will then decide whether they would like to meet you.

6.  Meet the company

Your Adams recruiter will arrange the interviews for you and will prepare you fully with all the information you need to guide you through the interview stage. We will keep you updated at all stages of the process.

7.  Job offer

If the match is right, Adams will help you to negotiate the best solution with regard to salary and benefits. We have a lot of experience and knowledge in this area. We will ensure that this all-important, final stage goes smoothly.

8.  Good luck in your new job

All that is left is to wish you good luck in your new role. However, should you need us at any time we are always happy to stay in touch and help with any questions you may have.

We use our expertise to find roles for multilingual candidates in a wide range of areas, including sales, marketing and PR, customer service, logistics and supply chain, secretarial and financial, IT, admin, and HR. For entry positions, through to director level jobs, we work across multiple industries, including fashion, software, luxury goods, medical devices, consumer goods, and NGOs.

We offer both temporary and direct, long-term hiring, within a wide variety of
industries, for a range of different roles at international companies (all exciting,
with competitive salaries, and benefits). Whatever your needs, we’ll help you
secure a multilingual job that suits you.

Temporary vacancies

We act as an agent for some of the companies we work with, so you’ll work on their premises, but we’ll be your legal employer, and will pay your salary. The client will determine where you’re based, the hours you do, and the tasks you take on, but Adams will be on hand to deal with any employment-related issues you face. This is a great opportunity for multilingual candidates to gain experience in different settings on a short-term basis, and diversify their skill sets for future employment, all while enjoying the financial security of working within a contract. Direct vacancies

We’ll introduce you to our client, and you’ll make an employment agreement directly with them. Our role will simply be to help with the recruitment process, and make sure you understand, and are a good fit for the role you’d like to apply for. You’ll be offered a choice of two types of contract, either fixed term (start and end dates are in the contract) or permanent (which runs indefinitely).
