2024 was a rollercoaster. We reflect on a transformative year for recruitment and the Dutch labour market. Businesses faced a tight talent market, shifting economic conditions, and evolving candidate expectations. Trends like skill-based hiring, AI and international recruitment reshaped how companies attract and retain talent. For recruitment agencies like ours, these changes brought challenges and opportunities to innovate.

At Adams Multilingual Recruitment, we embraced these shifts, by focusing on inclusivity, skill alignment and a commitment to do the best we can for clients and candidates.

Our recruitment achievements

This year, we continued working with our trusted clients while gaining valuable experience with new businesses. We successfully established the first teams for several companies expanding to the Netherlands, ensuring their new team were set up for success in their new ventures. Notable achievements include fruitful collaborations with partners from South Korea and the USA, creating opportunities for mutual growth and success.

We are proud to have matched 175 professionals in the Netherlands with the right employers. Among the exciting positions we filled this year were Senior European People & Culture Manager, EU Funds Coordinator, and Stock Allocation Analyst.

Launching of our new HR consultancy services

After 27 years in Dutch recruitment, we decided it was time to leverage our decades of experience and extensive network to support companies in the Netherlands with all their people and HR needs. Adams Multilingual Recruitment, along with our experienced HR consultants, now offers the following:

  • Developing customized HR solutions aligned with Dutch labour law.

Team trip to The Hague

For this year’s trip, we decided to stay close to home—after all, we all moved to the Netherlands for a reason! With poker games, delicious food, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect as a team, this year’s outing was extra special.

Memorable moments with the team

Most importantly, we made time this year to have fun together as a team. From dinners and workshops to theme park visits, we balanced our hard work with plenty of incredible moments. It’s these experiences that strengthen our bond and make us even more effective as a team!
