In the last days of December, traditionally, we take the time to look back on the last 12 months and think about the experiences and achievements of the previous year. For Adams, it has been another successful year of helping multilingual jobseekers to find exciting new roles with our many international clients and helping our clients to build the best teams they can. It has also been a year of change at Adams, with vibrant new branding, a new website and many new faces as our team continues to grow. We hope that you will join us in reading our final review of the year.
Our recruitment achievements
We spend our days helping internationals, just like ourselves, to find work in the Netherlands. We love what we do and we are proud to have helped over 250 people find their next exciting role in 2022. Thank you to all our clients and candidates who work alongside us as partners to achieve this amazing result.
Rebranding and new website
In our 25th year, we took a bold step to undergo an exciting rebranding for Adams. We wanted a new look that would reflect not only the high levels of energy and enthusiasm that we have for our work but also the diverse and international nature of the candidates, clients and roles that we work with every day. We chose to represent this diversity via a palette of vibrant colours. The adapted speech bubbles in the designs highlight the importance of language which is fundamental to everything we do. We’re extremely happy with the results and grateful to our partners that have helped us with achieving our vision: Verve and Kokku.
LinkedIn community growth
Earlier this year we reached 50,000 followers on our LinkedIn page! It’s been great to see our community grow organically and we’re excited to continue sharing valuable content for our audience.

Our team has grown in 2022. We have welcomed some fantastic new colleagues over the last 12 months. Stay tuned for further expansion in 2023!
Online event
Changing careers can be a tough decision to make – we held a well-attended online panel discussion on this very topic. Our two external speakers and our Business Development Representative Barbara shared their experience on how to change careers successfully.
Our annual company trip
In late September, we took a trip to Lisbon, Portugal. We had so much fun exploring the winding streets, trying delicious Portuguese pastries, and taking in the stunning views. We also enjoyed some amazing music and learned about the city’s rich history.
Monthly company events
Besides the annual trip, we also enjoyed monthly company events this year. These gave us the opportunity to bond and spend quality time together after almost two years of remote work.
