One of our clients in Amsterdam, a global organization within the recreational marine industry, is looking for a German speaking Technical Support Engineer. The company owns a large portfolio of well-known brands within marine electronics, digital control and networked devices. To be successful in this role, apart from German proficiency, you should have Technical experience (technical installation knowledge) within the marine or recreational vehicle industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for boats- sailing, fishing etc.!
Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via telephone and email (mainly B2B)

Collect, analyse and enter data into various IT systems

Constantly seek out and identify opportunities to upgrade consumers to the latest product offering

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to resolve product and technical issues

Assist with consumer and dealer training events
What we are looking for:

2-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role

Good knowledge of the marine/ RV industry (boats, camper vans etc.)

Professional fluency in German and English

Tech savvy- Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

Full-time available- able to commute 4x week to the Amsterdam office
