Our client, a leader in finished meat products within the European market, is looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Vice President at their office in Amstelveen.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will support the Vice President with both personal and business matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Make all necessary travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transportation
- Plan and schedule meetings, take minutes, distribute to the necessary parties
- Prepare research and analysis as required
- Maintain neat and accurate filing systems
- Manage the VP’s diary and screen calls
- Handle private commitments such as tax, household matters, and other requirements
Requirements
- Fluent communications skills in English; Ukrainian or Dutch would be a big plus
- Valid driver’s licence
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or performing similar roles for a C-level executive
- MBO+ in secretarial or administrative studies would be an advantage
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
