Our client, a global leader in the consumer products industry, is looking for a Temporary Legal Assistant to support their EMEA legal operations from their Amsterdam office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone immediately available with a legal/administrative background to contribute to a dynamic international team.
Responsibilities:

Draft, proofread, and send legal documents including notices, NDAs, and other agreements

Manage and monitor the EMEA legal inbox

Process expense reports and handle invoice submissions (AP Workflow)

Maintain and organize legal files using platforms like Teams, Legal Tracker, and Smartsheet

Conduct legal research to support attorneys with preparation and strategic planning

Monitor critical deadlines and legal milestones

Provide ad hoc support as assigned by attorneys and paralegals
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a legal assistant or legal administrative support role

Strong document drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with MS Word and general document management tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

High level of attention to detail
