One of our international clients, a provider of supply chain solutions, is looking for a Italian-speaking Customer Care Associate to join their team in Sassenheim.
This is a great opportunity if you’re starting your career or looking to re-enter the job market – previous experience is not a must-have; motivation and the right mindset are what matter most.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues directly or coordinating with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders, order qualification, post-sales follow-up, and customer engagement
- Troubleshoot logistics, product, or procedural issues
- Act as a customer advocate and support the complaint resolution process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time deliveries and consistent communication
- Contribute to process improvements using internal tools
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent fluency in Italian and English
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally
