Our client who is a global manufacturer of AV products, we are looking for an Application Engineer that speaks Italian OR German to be based in the Netherlands.
A Technical Expert in AV products and applications is needed to support Engineering, Sales, and Troubleshooting activities. If you are an Engineer with an Electronic (AV) background and strong commercial skills, this role could be a great fit for you.
General Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone to resellers and end-users for AV products.

Deliver product specifications to resellers and end-users for AV applications.

Conduct in-house product testing to investigate technical issues encountered on site.

Contribute new product ideas and suggest improvements for future product development.

Build and maintain professional relationships with resellers and end-users.

Train colleagues and resellers on product features and applications.
-
Stay up to date on product lines, functions, features, and applications.

Perform additional sales-related tasks as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Technical or engineering experience in AV systems.

Fluent in German (or willing to learn) OR Italian, with strong verbal and written English skills.

Technical education background, preferably in Electronics.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Professional, collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
