Our client, owner of the most iconic toy brand portfolios in the world, is searching for a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to support their team and provide excellent service to their B2B clients.  The company’s culture is international, diverse, friendly, and open. You will join a small and supportive team of 3, who collaborate and innovate together. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and working closely with the supply chain & logistics team. The ideal candidate for this role is a friendly problem solver, with flexible and hands on mentality. Are you ready for your next challenge?  
Please note that this is a temporary opportunity for 6 months, through our agency contract. We can only consider candidates who are based around Amsterdam and are immediately available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support, coordinating with logistics to fulfill and deliver the orders in full and on time
  • Assist the Order processing team when they confirm orders in customer web portal
  • Manage order book to ensure alignment with the custome
  • Proactively communicate discrepancies in customer data to Sales
  • Claims & Return resolution

Requirements:

  • Higher education in business or supply chain
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Order Management role and good understanding of Supply Chain Management
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Analytical and Accurate with strong problem solving skills
