Strategic Marketing Manager – Northern Europe

On behalf of our client in the Consumer Goods industry, we are seeking an influential Strategic Marketing Manager – Northern Europe to drive marketing strategy and execution. This role plays a key part in shaping market growth plans, ensuring effective product launches, and delivering commercial results in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role offers significant scope to influence category performance and long-term market development.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 4P marketing strategies tailored to local market needs
• Drive product launches and promo campaigns across channels
• Identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
• Collaborate with various local and global teams
• Monitor market performance, analyze results, and recommend marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in commercial or downstream marketing, ideally within consumer goods/FMCG
• Strong experience and understanding in Northern Europe, preferably in the UK market
• Strong track record in market strategy, go-to-market execution, and product launches
• Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
• Experienced in working in an international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
