The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and controlling processes to ensure alignment with business goals
- Establish and manage financial reporting dashboards for business insights
- Oversee statutory reporting to ensure compliance with local and global company standards
- Monitor regional business performance and provide reports and key insights to regional management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within regional office and global HQ to support data-driven decision-making

Main Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial accounting and/or controlling
- Candidates coming from External Auditing are appreciated, given their exposure to overall accounting/finance
- Experience or interest in Business Analysis tasks
- Professional fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business
- Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools, such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI
Way of Working:
This role requires being in the Amsterdam office for 4 days a week, with a possibility to work from home once a week. Please note that we cannot consider candidates who require visa sponsorship and/or who are based outside of NL at the time of application.
