Our client, an international company with a proven track record in supporting businesses’ global growth and digital transformation, is seeking an Account Manager Benelux to strengthen their sales team in Amsterdam. With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, they are recognized for delivering innovative solutions and building long-term partnerships with global customers.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for growth through cross-selling, upselling, and new business development
- Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders by developing new connections and understanding account structures
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
- Higher education degree (Bachelor’s level or above)
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment
