Are you a highly organized operations professional with a strong affinity for social media and entertainment marketing? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator on behalf of our client, an entertainment company based in Amsterdam.
This is a temporary position for 6 months, and you will be offered a contract through us, Adams Multilingual Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Support the Social Marketing Manager with day-to-day workflow management and administrative coordination across the Benelux region
- Build and maintain presentation materials for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings
- Analyze performance metrics and create regular reports on social channel activity and audience insights
- Produce internal communications, including newsletters and insight updates, for cross-functional teams
- Maintain organized documentation systems and ensure information accessibility across departments
- Track expenditures, manage invoicing, and oversee budget allocation for social marketing activities
Process Management & Coordination
- Establish and optimize workflow systems, content calendars, and operational procedures
- Coordinate deliverables with external creative agency partners
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential scheduling conflicts or workflow challenges
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external social media partners
Quality Control
- Review Dutch-language content and campaign materials for accuracy and brand consistency
- Conduct quick copy reviews across social platforms when required
- Ensure campaign alignment and quality standards are maintained
Qualifications & Skills
- Near-native Dutch language proficiency is strongly preferred for content review and sign-off responsibilities, as well as fluent communication skills in English
- Minimum 5+ years in social marketing, digital marketing, agency environments, or comparable roles within entertainment, sports, gaming, or fast-moving consumer sectors
- Strong operational mindset with genuine pride in administrative excellence and structured work approaches
- Solid understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and campaign mechanics
- Experience analyzing data, building reports, and synthesizing performance insights
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Ability to quickly adopt new internal systems and digital tools
- Excellent communication abilities with comfort collaborating across departments and external agencies
- Capable of managing 3-4 concurrent priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Self-driven professional who excels in dynamic, fast-paced creative environments
- Collaborative approach when handling evolving responsibilities and shifting demands
