About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the English-speaking regions. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales teams to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to support project and deal processes.
- Calculate project costs using basic Excel skills.
- Create and manage accurate customer offers and proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date customer administration records.
- Process orders, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Handle repeat orders autonomously in cooperation with sales teams.
- Organize internal support for legal and information security inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
- A higher vocational education level (at least HBO).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales support experience in a project-based organization, ideally within an internationally operating SME.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commercially driven with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent team player who enjoys empowering others to succeed.
