Our client, a manufacturer of precision lenses for the machine vision industry, is looking for a motivated International Account Manager to help grow their presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).

What You'll Be Doing
Learn, Grow & Develop Business Opportunities
- Identify and connect with potential customers across the DACH region
- Learn how to analyze markets and spot new business opportunities
- Support commercial projects and sales initiatives that drive international growth
- Develop valuable skills in business development, negotiation, and relationship management
Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers within the DACH region
- Visit clients and understand their needs firsthand
- Prepare quotations, discuss pricing, and support commercial negotiations
- Become a trusted partner for customers throughout their journey
Work with Innovative Technology
- Act as the main point of contact for customer questions and requests
- Collaborate closely with technical specialists and engineers
- Help customers find solutions that best fit their applications
Develop Commercial Expertise
- Maintain customer and sales information in CRM systems
- Track market developments and competitor activity
- Contribute to sales planning and forecasting
- Learn how international sales operations are managed in a growing business
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in years of experience and more interested in your potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.
You could be a great fit if you:
- Have 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Speak fluent English, German or French is preferred but not a must
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (or are close to completing one)
- Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
- Enjoy building relationships and communicating with different people
- Are curious about technology and eager to learn
- Are proactive, ambitious, and excited by new challenges
- Are willing to travel regularly within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
