Our client has been a specialist in designing bathroom and sanitary products since 2018. They are based in Dordrecht, and supply customers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. As a fast-growing company, they are continuously expanding their position in Europe and are now in need of a German speaking Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for international customers via Phone, Email & WhatsApp
- Checking orders, tracking shipments, and resolving queries
- Answering to customer enquiries in a clear and friendly manner, with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborating with other colleagues/teams to share knowledge and ensure an accurate customer service
- Handling administrative tasks: order processing, creating invoices, keeping customer and order data up to date
What You Bring:
- At least MBO-4 level or an equivalent qualification;
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support;
- Fluent German & English (Dutch is a big plus!)
- Customer-focused, resilient under pressure, and flexible.
- Available full-time and willing to work onsite 5x p/w
