Our client, a global consultancy focused on sustainable infrastructure and urban development, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support their Resilience business unit in the Netherlands. This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and delivering top talent to ensure strategic hiring objectives are met. Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract candidates through multiple channels for a variety of permanent roles across diverse functions.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies and market insights.
- Screen and interview candidates while positioning the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage high-volume recruitment while prioritizing roles in line with commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the company’s employer branding and talent delivery strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong capability to source talent in niche and skill-short markets.
- Confident in advising hiring managers and contributing to talent acquisition discussions.
- A proactive, positive, and curious mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to challenge and improve existing practices.
- Empathy and professionalism in managing stakeholder and candidate relationships.
