Our client, a key innovator in the storage solutions sector, is hiring an experienced Store Manager for their new location in either Amsterdam or Schiphol. This is your chance to lead a close-knit team in a role that’s both people- and performance-focused. You’ll coach, inspire, and grow your team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example—train, coach, and support your sales consultants.
- Monitor team KPIs and drive store-wide performance and growth.
- Maintain operational and store presentation standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and convert leads into long-term storage clients.
- Ensure all health & safety protocols are followed consistently.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Dutch fluency required.
- Background in retail, customer service, or consultative sales.
- Previous experience in a team lead or store manager role.
- Commercial mindset with a people-first approach to management.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
