Sales Consultant | Dutch

Our client, a fast-growing player in the storage solutions industry with a strong customer-first culture, is looking for two Dutch–speaking Sales Consultants to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative environment where personality, people skills, and a service mindset matter more than years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers—both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Guide potential customers through their storage options with empathy and insight—no cold calls, only inbound or inquiry-led.
• Follow up with online inquiries by phone or email and support them through the full sales cycle.
• Help maintain a spotless, welcoming store environment that makes a great first impression.
• Upsell packaging materials and additional services like insurance when appropriate.
• Deliver consistently great service to build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Dutch fluency is a must;
• A people-person: confident, chatty, and always willing to help.
• No sales experience needed—just the right attitude! Full training provided.
• Comfortable with both face-to-face and phone communication.
• You’re proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy variety in your day
