Sales Account Manager | German

Location: Remote from Baden-Württemberg area 

Our client, an international provider of secure financial services, is looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join their growing team in Germany. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting a network of small retail partners offering money transfer solutions to underserved communities.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and approach new retail locations (e.g. kiosks, phone shops, mini-markets) for service partnerships
• Conduct regular field visits across Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, and Saarland (approx. 80% of the time)
• Manage the full onboarding process: introduction, documentation, training, and activation
• Build and maintain relationships with an existing portfolio of retail agents
• Ensure all partner locations are compliant, engaged, and supported
• Coordinate admin tasks from home one day per week
• Occasionally attend team events near Düsseldorf (2x per year)

Requirements:

• Fluent in German with solid English communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license – a company car and fuel card are provided
• Based in or near Mannheim or Stuttgart is highly preferred
• 1–3 years of field sales or cold acquisition experience, ideally in the kiosk, telecom, or retail sector
• Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face interactions
• No university degree required – hands-on sales experience is more important
• Familiarity with sole trader environments or selling services in local shops is a strong advantage
