Our client is a leader in the global entertainment industry, offering a cutting-edge platform with over 231 million paid memberships in more than 190 countries. Their services bring a wide variety of TV series, films, and games to audiences worldwide, providing unlimited entertainment with unparalleled convenience.
At the moment they have an urgent opening for a Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam, on a temporary role for 1 year.  The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, contract management, or payment processing and be highly organized, technically proficient with databases and CRM systems and have an eye for workflow improvement.
Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Management: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data. Maintain and manage the internal Database (Airtable)
  • Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers (Airtable) in cross-functional collaboration with the Supplier Ops team
  • Track and reconcile payments. (in Airtable, Workday)
  • Manage calendar of deliverables, compile and track KPIs, and perform relevant ad-hoc analyses
  • Support the documentation, standardization and automation of workflows. (G-Sheet Macros, Airtable Automation, Monday.com Automation)

What we are looking for:

  • Higher Education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in administration, contract management, payment processing, and client services
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight timeframes.
  • Experience with databases, particularly Airtable, and CRM systems such as monday.com, Workday, G-Suite, and Excel
  • Immediately available for a full-time and hybrid role based in Amsterdam
