After a candidate is placed, we follow up with both the client and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

  • We use a variety of methods to source and identify potential candidates for a job opening.

Firstly, we maintain an extensive network of professionals across different industries. We also use a range of online job boards and recruitment platforms to advertise job openings and to attract candidates with the right skills and experience. In addition, we actively search for potential candidates on social media platforms and professional networks, such as LinkedIn.

Our team of experienced recruiters also uses their expertise and industry knowledge to identify suitable candidates who may not be actively looking for a new role but who may be interested in hearing about new opportunities.

Once potential candidates have been identified, we use a rigorous screening and selection process to ensure that they meet our clients’ requirements. This process includes reviewing resumes and cover letters, conducting initial interviews, and verifying qualifications and references.
